3Account Eligibility

By registering an account on Ong77, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility conditions are met and will remain met for the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Ong77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered users in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gaming standards. Any account found to belong to a user under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent of Ong77, nor a close family member of any of the foregoing, unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Company.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on Ong77 or any related platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Ong77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. The Platform reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.Ong77 will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised account activity arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4.3 Account Accuracy

All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be accurate and kept up to date. Discrepancies identified during KYC verification may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until resolved.

4.4 Account Inactivity

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Ong77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which are available from our support team on request.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ong77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (available through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin / BTC, Ethereum / ETH, Tether / USDT, Litecoin / LTC). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is RM20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50, though these figures may differ for cryptocurrency transactions (minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for most crypto methods).

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned and registered in the same name as the Ong77 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before real-money funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• The Platform reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds.

5.4 Processing Times

Ong77 targets the following withdrawal processing windows: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and not contractual guarantees. Processing delays may occur during scheduled maintenance windows or due to external factors outside the Platform's control.

5.5 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment accounts legally held in your name. Ong77 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks. The Company reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds deposited into your account.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional benefits offered by Ong77 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific promotional terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager (turnover) the bonus amount specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, and eligible games will be specified per promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Ong77 reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies (such as covering both sides of a market) to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics not in keeping with the spirit of the offer.

6.4 Crypto Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit via supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are eligible for an automatic2% deposit bonus, subject to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This bonus is credited to the player's account upon deposit confirmation and is subject to standard wagering terms as communicated on the promotions page.

6.5 VIP Programme

Participation in the Ong77 VIP Programme is subject to separate VIP terms. Tier status is assessed monthly based on qualifying turnover thresholds. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Availability

Ong77 offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), sports betting (covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and more), live in-play betting, lottery-style games, and arcade titles. Game availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or payout, Ong77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body. Settled bets are final. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, Ong77's sports betting rules (available from our support team) shall govern the outcome. The Platform reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by the Platform at any time.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ong77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Use of the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information, assuming another person's identity, or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account on the Platform for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer, or peer-vs-peer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of a human player, except as expressly permitted in writing by Ong77.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any error, miscalculation of odds, or software malfunction to place bets with a known andunjustifiable edge over the house, whether or not the error was immediately apparent.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider after deposits have been credited and used on the Platform.

9KYC & Identity Verification

Ong77 is required under its international licensing obligations to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. All players must complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. The KYC process typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — for Malaysian players, this means a Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), Malaysian Passport, or valid Driver's Licence (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face.

Ong77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. 10Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Ong77 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and the Ong77 brand name itself — is the exclusive property of Ong77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from Ong77.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ong77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Ong77 takes reasonable measures to ensure the Platform is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Ong77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your Real Money Balance subject to applicable KYC clearance and the absence of any pending fraud investigations.

13.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

Ong77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity;
• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring such action;
• Continued operation of the account is deemed by the Platform to be contrary to its regulatory obligations or commercial interests.

In cases of closure for cause (e.g., confirmed fraud), the Platform may retain any Real Money Balance pending investigation and applicable legal requirements.

14Amendments to These Terms

Ong77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ong77 holds its gaming licence (international gaming regulatory framework). In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably through our support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service provided by the Platform's licensing authority. Details of this service are available from our support team upon request.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. For Malaysian players, your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection legislation are not affected by these Terms to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
